2. Early Check-In and late Check-Out is strictly subject to hotel availability and applicable rates at the time of Check-In/Check-Out

6. Please remember that all special requests like early Check-In, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior.
7. If the Hotels or Suppliers change their quote for the services that they offer, the same will be forwarded to your Company.

10. This Quotation and any modification there off will be valid till 7 days from the original quotation.
11. The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
12. Peak Season / Weekend Surcharges may be applicable at the time of confirmation.
13. Quotation is excluding of Tourism Dirham Charge.
14. One standard room can accommodate 2 Adults + 1 Child (With Bed up to 11 Years) and 1 Child (without bed up to 5 Years) only.
15. Private Vehicle addition cost is for Airport Transfers Only, please note all sight seeing will be on Seat In Coach Basis Only.
